I always get this when trying to load larger games E.G. N64 on my slow network. However I can load them fine when I use a faster network.

P.S. WTH is that in your post background BTowns?

jafroboy :   In my background is KOS-MOS from the Xenosaga series on PlayStation 2.  About loading large games on a slow network, the game will continue to load in the background of the error message as long as you either don't click on the message, or just click cancel.  If you cancel the message, the game will continue to load.  This is especially useful on games with a large file size, that may have the message activated simply because they continue to load past the allotted time before the error message occurs.  So, when loading large games such as N64 or certain GBA, if you experience the error message, just click cancel and wait for another few minutes.

Most games on N64, GB, GBC, GBA, and more, don't work at all.

I have done everything posted above. Nothing works.

I have been really frustrated. And even more so because no one seems to have a solution that WORKS.

Houdini111 :

Another possible solution is by following the instructions on this page:
https://www.vizzed.com/vizzedboard/thread.php?id=25979#05, then click the Reset button on the game window.

Does it load normally then? It has worked recently for a game that was giving me that error.

tRIUNE :

Thank you for trying to help me, but, the file it wants me to look for is not there. All I can find is the installer.

Houdini111 : Depending on your operating system, if you have internet explorer open, type in the address bar the file path for your OS. If that won't find it, if you have Windows 7, typing %localappdata% then the Enter key in the address bar will probably open the directory where the folder is.

I am receiving this error for Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. This is the first time I've tried playing this game on this laptop so I don't have it downloaded & can't remove it. I have Vista Home Premium 64 - bit & use Firefox.

EDIT: All I had to do was wait. It loaded fine now.

Holla!
I hope this thread is still active

rgr-plugin crashes every time I try to load my save-state of a snes-game I play for a few days now.
Today's the first time this happens. I use freshest firefox and plugin version 1.04 (which I thought of as the newest).

What shall I do? Just wait & try? oO

EDIT: Everything works again ^^ but how long?

Hey, I run a Mac with OS X, Version 10.6.8 So you know the recent java update for Macs seems to have rendered all games unplayable. In short-I played a few SNES games, no plug in required sorts (As this is a Mac and can't run the plug in) and aside from graphics issues and others that are expected, they ran.I did this for a few days. Then I paused Chrono Trigger to update my Mac, I did two updates. One was Java, the other a security update.Once the updates were done, and my Mac rebooted all games would 'load' and then remain black screens. Thanks, and this is mainly FYI, I am a casual gamer and don't have to much time to play anyhow.T~
