Batman Forever Sucks Forever
This game is absolutely terrible. Even knowing how bad it was from AVGN, I still gave it a shot. Again like he said its mortal combat style fighting, which for a side scrolling game, is terrible. You can only face 1 direction, while enemies gang up on you from both sides, quickly draining your health with a fast combo. On top of that, you only get 5 lives, and the health power ups are very skimpy. It gives you a variety of items you can bring with you into the fight, but I mashed buttons, jumped around mashing buttons, hit pause and mashed buttons.. I couldn't find a way to bring up a menu to access these items. So it was just a waste of time picking the items. On top of that, theres no continues. You die 5 times, game over. Perhaps after each level theres a code, but who wants to type in a code every time they want to play.  Also the enemies have too much life, so you're often standing there for a minute just to kill 1 guy and the rooms spawn them constantly. On top of that the controls are terrible. It takes combos of buttons to do anything, and its hard to figure out and get used to. Also the foreground always gets in the way. Theres parts where you need to use the grapple or jump down, but you have to completely guess WHERE the stuff is. All in all, I'd give it a 3/10. It sucks, but definitely isn't the worst ive played.
