Super Sonic 64 Pretty cool game
Sonic 2 - S3 Edition Whoops, false alarm. Turns out you have to stand on top of the capsule release button in order to move zones. I was standing at the very right of the screen, hence nothing happening.
Sonic 2 - S3 Edition It wont go past Act 2 of Emerald Zone for me, although I can move Tails by using second player buttons
Sonic Classic Heroes This game rocks!!!
Speedball Someone has to fix this game. I really enjoy it when gameplay is at normal speed.

Game & Watch Gallery 2

Game and Watch Gallery
Following on from the release of Game and Watch Gallery, comes another collaboration of games, Game and Watch Gallery 2. It features all of the main characters of the Mario series, including the antagonists, and with this handheld game, you can play Mario games in two different time zones. The classic games feature the black and white collections of the 80's, whilst the Modern games feature all the main characters and colour that are present in today's series. To begin with, there can be 5 categories of games: Parachute, Hammer, Chef, Vermin and Donkey Kong. Ball is unlockable by collecting stars available by achieving high scores. In each category, there is classic and modern, with the choice of difficulty being easy or hard. Very hard is unlockable by successfully achieving a high score, though this only applies to modern. As well as playing the games, you can also listen to music, or check out the games intended for the next Game and Watch gallery release. Unlike most handheld games that don't have a save feature, this one does. You may also come back to play this game multiple times to see if you can better a previous high score for example. Overall, this game, for a handheld console like the Game Boy, has a huge amount of depth based from within.
Super Sonic 64

Super Sonic 64
At this years computer character Halloween party, Mario will be dressed up as Sonic the Hedgehog lol. Seriously though this is Sonic being in this Mario game. It still has most features from the original, and that could also be a problem, as Sonic will have Mario's strengths, so there is no homing attack or spin attack, and his voice sounds exactly like that of Mario's. In fact, this game as a whole, very little changes. Everything that is in the original Super Mario 64 game is still there, but walls and floors and even enemies are coloured differently to make it look like the Sonic world. Still the game will take around a few days or more to complete, and the 120 stars (now coloured green to make them look like chaos emeralds) will still have to be collected for full completion). Overall it is very disappointing that very little changes, and it just goes to show you that Sonic can't adapt in a Mario world, learning Mario moves, taking out typical Mario enemies such as Koopa's and exiting out of a tube. Best sticking to his own world, where he feels more comfortable.
Sonic Advance 2

Sonic Advance 2
This game personally is pretty decent. It is a significant upgrade in comparison to Sonic Advance in that there are more levels, tougher bosses and a new playable character. Cream the Rabbit is now a playable character, and one advantage is that throughout the game, she will be accompanied by her best friend chao, Cheese, who can take out the bad guys by charging at them. This Game Boy Advance game is one of the earlier Sonic games in this system and pretty much familiarises everyone with the Sonic we all know today. Sonic hasn't changed since. Some story-plots never change, do they? Dr. Eggman again wants to take over the world, and this time he means business, kidnapping Cream's mother is certainly putting out a statement of intent. But first, Sonic has to rescue, or in Knuckles' case defeat, all his friends en route to a final showdown with Eggman. Special stars will have to be collected throughout certain levels, giving a character the chance to claim a Chaos Emerald, which if all are collected, can unlock several different things, including Amy. Complete the game and collect seven emeralds as all of Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Cream to unlock the latter. The game can be difficult, as now there are some new moves that a character will have to master, and the bosses can be very hard, especially the Dry Canyon one that Sonic first fights Knuckles, who is once again tricked by Eggman. Sonic can also become his super form at the end, leading to a typical Sonic-style finish.
Pacmania

Pacmania
Having played a huge number of Pac-Man games on many different systems, I conclude that this one is my most favourite. The mazes are bigger and now in more colour. Its also in 3D, so that makes the game eye-catching too. Pac-Man has an objective to munch down the dots of the mazes without being caught by the ghosts, typical of most pac-man games. But in 3D, there is no map that points to the ghosts whereabouts, and that ghosts move at different speeds, so if a ghost comes out of the blue, as in suddenly shows up on-screen chasing Pac-Man, it means very limited time to make a move. If Pac-Man is lucky enough to be near chewing gum, he can eat this so a ghost becomes blue and is completely harmless, giving Pac-Man some reprieve time. In this game, Pac-Man can jump, pretty useful, right. But in later levels, some ghosts will master this trick too, so alternate routes may have to be taken. Several new items are added to this game resulting in higher scores and faster speeds, as well as new types of fruit. This game can be difficult, particularly in later levels where literally every known ghost now chases Pac-Man, but there is the option to skip levels and earn bonus points at the same time, thought the easier levels will be the ones Pac-Man avoids should a player choose.
Super Smash Bros.

Super Smash Bros
The coming together of all of Nintendo's characters was not really evident in games before Super Smash Bros, but this game brought them all together, but characters had differences and issues that needed sorting out, and those were solved in the form of confrontational fighting. The story here is unknown, what exactly happened that all the characters are now so very angry with each other, especially the Nintendo protagonists who fight for good and peace? Well, this Nintendo 64 game can either be played as one or two player, and characters will fight each other in groups or as an individual. So for example, if Mario was the players choice, it is possible he could fight a large group of Yoshi's, though they won't attack at once. Not all fights will be in the one place, as Nintendo characters exist in several different worlds, and it is those worlds that are where the venues are. There is no boxing ring in any world, so a player can push its opponent off course and secure an easy win. The moves and speed in which an opponent operates depends on the players chosen difficulty level, so a harder level will result in more attacks and blocks by an opponent, keeping the player on their toes. Overall, this typical 90's Nintendo game is one that contains a lot of content and is certainly one that can unlock some interesting characters by meeting a few requirements, keeping people entertained throughout.

Alex Kidd in Miracle World

Alex Kidd in Miracle World
This is the strategy guide for the Sega Master System game, Alex Kidd in Miracle World. Alex Kidd was, of course, Sega's mascot character pre-Sonic the Hedgehog. After the blue hedgehogs arrival onto the scene, Alex's popularity somewhat decreased, but games like these are still played today. This is a very hard game, which is why a strategy guide would be appropriate.

1. Story

Alex lives on the Planet Aries, simply known as the Miracle World, and has just come from the mountain, where a dying citizen has told him the city of Radactain is in great danger from the main antagonist of the game, Janken the Great. Janken has already succeeded in turning people into stone to weaken their resistance, so Alex must hurry over to put things right. The man gives him a medallion, making up the sunlight stone, and a map, easily viewed by pressing the pause button, which will bring up the map screen.

2. Levels

During the game, Alex will travel through several levels, many of which scroll either down or right, with no turning back.

(a) Level 1 - Here Alex must move to the bottom, avoiding the flying eagles on his way. When he reaches the bottom, he will fall into water, and will then have to move to the right, avoiding the fish and sharks along the way. Take out the frog in the middle of the level by punching him. Only the punch should be used on the frog as touching him or hitting the bubbles that he will blow per few seconds will cost a life. To end the level, hit the top block, that contains what appears to be a white sandwich, and collect it. From now on, the white sandwich will end the level Alex is in when collected.
(b) Level 2 - Alex will be in terrain not to different from the first level, and will start at a shop. Collecting money bags during the game will mean Alex can purchase vehicles, power-... Read the rest of this Guide
Theme Park

Theme Park
Here is the strategy guide for Theme Park of the Sega Genesis. It is a business-like game designed to brush up on one's marketing skills. As the name suggests, you have the ability to build and control your own theme park, though you won't be able to control a visitors opinions, demonstrated by what they are thinking.

2. The World Map
3. The Park
4. End of the Year Awards
5. Negotiations

1. Start

I suppose like everything else in life, you have to start up something from somewhere, and this game is no exception. Setting up a new Theme Park is easy, as all you must do is Enter the name, the difficulty of the start level and the happiness of the park visitors. Not much else you can do here, really, so press the tick to advance to the next phase.

2 . The World Map

Here we have a map of the world (yay) and everything within its perimeter. As you can see, you can pretty much build a park anywhere, even the likes of Greenland and the Antarctica. However, to get access into those countries, as in essentially earn planning permission to build in a country, you must pay a price. Some are more expensive than others, so the ones that are higher priced will have, for instance, a lower inflation or interest rate. These two statistics can affect cost of rides, shops etc. The poorer countries, such as those in Africa, will tend to have much higher rates. There can be other statistics, such as populations (local, medium and long) and weather/terrain, that may affect certain aspects of how populated a park will be or how the ground will look (not all will be green grass).
I'm telling you all this, but I'd be as well saving it all for later, as at the moment, the only country you can afford to purchase is the United Kingdom, which will cost nothing (what?). As there are no other options, here is where you mus... Read the rest of this Guide

1. Story

Dr. Robotniks goal never changes, as he still wants to take over the Planet Mobius by turning captured animals into robots for his plot. But he has gone a whole new level in this game. He has also kidnapped Sonic's new friend, Miles Prower, better know as Tails the fox. Sonic almost reaches him, but Robotnik is quick with his egg-mobile to capture him. So Sonic not only has to save Mobius, but save his little friend in the process.

2. Rings

Rings stay exactly the same, one ring gained will be shown on your ring total at the top left-hand corner of the screen. Sonic can survive damage with rings but no rings and Sonic will lose a life upon taking damage. You can retrieve a few rings after taking damage, so you won't necessarily go down to zero. Rings can lead to extra lives, but with no special stages in this game, that is really all it is for.

3. Monitors

The monitors remain pretty much the same, not many changes there.

(a) Ring monitor - Get this monitor and 10 rings will be added to your ring total.
(b) Invisibility monitor - Get this monitor and you will be invincible for a limited time.
(c) Power Sneakers monitor - Get this monitor and you will run faster for a limited time.
(d) Sonic monitor - Get this monitor and you will earn an extra life.

4. Zones, Acts and Enemies

Pretty much a whole new set of zones, acts and enemies in comparison to Sonic 1. Some zones may seem familiar, such as Green hills Zone as zone 4. Take note that after destruction of enemies, they won't go away, but will re-appear almost as if untouched, should Sonic return to a part of an... Read the rest of this Guide

Sonic the Hedgehog
This will be the guide to winning the game of Sonic the Hedgehog on the Sega Master System, containing what you must know about the zones, acts, enemies, monitors, chaos emeralds etc.

2. Rings
3. Monitors
4. Zones, Acts and enemies
5. Act Complete signposts
6. Special Stages
7. Boss Battles
8. Chaos Emeralds
9. Ending

1. Story

This is quite simple. As every die hard Sonic fan will know, Dr. Robotnik plans to take over the Planet Mobius, turning every animal into robots as part of his plan for domination. Sonic can't, just can't, let him succeed, and will travel alone to defeat the many plots Robotnik intends to carry out as part of his plans. Sonic will travel through many zones and acts, encountering several different things along the way. The gathering of Chaos Emeralds will Restore the Mobius island and lead to peace, for now.

2. Rings

During the entire game, Sonic must collect rings to survive damage he may take. Rings can also lead to rewards, such as 100 for an extra life or 50 to unlock a special stage after passing the final signpost. Should Sonic take damage, unless he has protection, he will lose every ring he is carrying. Taking damage whilst having no rings and Sonic will lose a life. Falling off screen, such as falling into water, is worse, as even with rings, Sonic will lose a life.

3.Monitors

As well as rings, Sonic will find monitors during his quest through the acts.  There are several different types of monitors which gives Sonic special powers or rewards.

(a) The ring monitor - Get this monitor and 10 rings will be added to your ring total.
(b) The shield monitor - Get this monitor and Sonic will be protected by a shield, until he takes damage.
(c) The invincibility monitor - Get this monitor and Sonic will be invincible, for a limited time.
(d) The power sneakers monitor - Get this monitor and Sonic will... Read the rest of this Guide
