My idea of the storyline
* Spoiler Alert * STORYLINE In Kingdom Hearts you start off in a small island known as Destiny Island where you meet Sora (the protagonist in this game, a young boy who has weird dreams of dark creatures and a guiding voice) and the friends that he grew up with such as, Riku and Kairi. Sora and his friends wish to set sail in search for "other worlds" that they hope are out there. The night before they were going to set sail on their home made raft, a storm broke out awakening Sora. When he realized that the raft was still outside, he jumped out of bed and searched for the raft along with his close friends. He finds Kairi only to find that she disappears due to some dark force. Sora then searches for Riku and when he finds him, Riku asks Sora to join him and tell him not to be afraid of the darkness. Even though Sora reaches out for Riku's hand, a darkness appears under both of them halting their movements. As Sora tries to resist the darkness, Riku accepts it and get engulfed in it. Just before Sora is completely consumed by the darkness, a powerful light shines and dispels it, and Sora soon finds out that he can wield a mystical weapon known as the Key blade. With light on his side and Key blade in hand he fights off the nightmare-ish creatures that infest Destiny island, though he soon finds that his efforts are futile when his whole island and everyone in it gets consumed by a dark void in the sky. Sora wakes up to find himself in a mysterious place known as Traverse Town. It is there where he meets people that tell him why he has the Key blade and what he must do. Join Sora on an epic journey Disney and Final Fantasy worlds and characters to find his friends and restore his island back to normal. REVIEW

All in all, a pretty good game.
I was shocked to see this game again, because it's really old. I have never beaten it myself, but I have played enough to know that this game has an intense fighting style. That of which reminds me of final fantasy. The storyline is confusing at first, which makes the game all the more interesting the more you play it. Although this game has bad graphics, it makes up for it by having pretty good game play that gives off a good classic feeling. I honest wish I could play it again, but I no longer have the game myself. For those of you who do have the game, cherish it and one day it will cost hundreds. All in all, this is a very enjoyable and pretty good game.
