Almost all of us have been into Wrestling at one point or another and those who never were are still familiar with a lot of Wrestlers.

So here, vote for who your favorite wrestler is/was or who you think is the greatest of all time.



I go with Hulk Hogan since he's probably the most well known, has been around the longest, is a legend, and was in Rocky III.

Ric Flair!

Easily the greatest of all time. He dominated absolutely everywhere he went... he could cut a promo that was 10 times better than what anyone else could do, he competed longer than just about anyone else ever has (maybe a bit too long in WWE ) and has won the most heavyweight titles in the business.

And he did it without being the most popular guy too.

I think it depends on what you mean by wrestler. Sure Hogan, The Rock, and Stone Cold could cut awesome promos but most of them seem to lack wrestling skills that some other wrestlers have. They seem to have about only 5 moves each kinda like John Cena.

I think Shane McMahon is a great wrestler he did stuff other wrestlers wouldn't dare to do except maybe Mic Foley. He always made sure people got their monies worth. Being a good wrestler means putting your body on the line to make the other guy look better and only a few wrestlers would do things like this:

Although when it comes to actual wrestling skills Kurt Angle, Bret Hart, Benoit, and Flair were probably the best. But if anyone was to label the best of the best it would have to be the wrestlers who received a hardcore career threatning beating to make the other guy look better and to make people want to tune in the next week for more.

BTW Bret Hart is The best there is the best there was and the best there ever will be lol Just had to say that!

Im gonna say Mick Foley aka Dude love, Mankind and cactus. I havent watched wrestling in a while and from what ive heard John Cena is pretty much everyones fav now. I have to agree with JS about Shane Mcmahon.. I remember an Armagedon event where he jumped off this really high ladder into a dumpster bin where someone was, crowd got their moneys worth that night.

best champion would have to be,in my opinion,edge.he is great at what hee does.every always says that he just likes to break the rules without breaking them(don't understand do ya?)what i mean is when he was tagged with cristian they would use ringouts to there advantage i think that is just smart and tacticle.but best crowd pleaser is between triple H and batista,i perfer hunter over dave,but best ever...personally i think bret hart was the best ever,i mean look he never injured anyone to a point that they couldn't wrestle the next night and he was a great tactition... so they are all great in my opinion.

gtwalq: I like Mic Foley but not for his wrestling.... his work on promos is far better than any wrestling he ever did. Sure he took big falls and did crazy stuff but I respect his talking more than his wrestling... stunts like that can be done by just about anyone stupid enough to do it

Marcloe: edge is good but he was better with Christian than he is now. in my opinion. Triple H is good only because he married the bosses daughter. Otherwise he would not be as successful as he is today. He's good, but that put him over way more than anything else could have.

Battista is good but he gets injured so much that it's hard for him to keep anything going. Plus he's too new to be a "Best".

There are a lot of people that most young wrestling fans couldn't even name that are better than these new guys.

xD xD...to be honoust, that was the time when i was totally into wrestling ! I think i watched till 95'...

After that wrestling got boring for me !

see, I think wrestling got good right after that. Early 1996 and through to 2000 or so.

Then it got stale when WWE owned WCW.

It has since gotten better for me since TNA has gotten more and more popular. I don't know if it will ever rival the WWE (not likely) but for the sake of wrestling fans I hope it does because wrestling was great when WCW was competing.

My all time favourite wrestler would have to be Trish Stratus, but I also like: Chris Jericho, John Morrison, Christian, Edge, Shawn Michaels, Mickie James, Kelly Kelly, Jeff and Matt Hardy and Lita.

1) Kurt Angle - Just a great athlete overall. He has the real skills to back it up and he puts his all into his work.

2)Brock Lesnar - Same as above. Great athlete, awesome skills(real or otherwise). Also he's the only pro wrestler to make it big in UFC, where it really counts.
I can't believe no one mentioned him yet. The WWF/WWE lost a great performer when he left.

3)The Rock - No one can touch his mic skills, no one. In his prime he was the man and everyone loved him(even if they couldn't admit it). My only issue with him is his lame move set, are people really knocked out cold by the peoples elbow?

What about Chris Jericho?He is a freaking 9 time IC champ not to mention Jericho and the Big Show are saving the tag team division.Plus out the ring he is quite cool.

My current favorite goes by the name of MVP.
My all time favorite had to be Stone Cold Steve Austin though.
I also gotta say I'm a big Vince McMahon fan too, though he seldom wrestles.

I also liked Shane because he acted like sabu in ecw even though shane has left the wwe.

wow! I hadn't heard about that. That's crazy. I wonder what he has in mind to do next. It's not like he lacks the financial backing to do what he wants. And just because he resigned his position doesn't mean he won't still somehow be involved... maybe he's just tired of doing what he was doing at the time and wants to spend time doing something he's more passtionate about full time and he'll hit WWE part-time...

who knows.
