tay023 : Ah, the electric type gym leader. Yeah go into the tower the most north of the town, beat the trainers in there, go out, go back in, go to the far back of the tower, go right and you will see a guy with an Electivire, if not then go to the far back of both routes (what I did) after you defeated the people in the tower, once you get back into Serenity, then go back to the tower, go to the same place I told you, the gym leader will be there. Be careful around electric types.

I got out, thanks. I'm not sure what happened, I made it to where the gym leader usually stands then when I tried to leave all of the gates were back on and couldn't be turned off. I reset and it was fixed this time.
