You need to beat the pokemon league to get bagon, after beating it you get a ticket that takes you to the wild pokemon part of mt. draken. hope it helped

Sorry, but you can't get him. It says he is on the pokedex but you can't get him in the game. He would be in mt draken but the tiling of the cave is off and he isn't there. Sorry, I really wanted a bagon when I first played this game, I looked everywhere, I asked people and I looked it up on the internet and I couldn't get him or gible. Sorry to disappoint you, but I don't think you can get a bagon or a gible. There are plenty of other great pokemon in this game though.
